  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day (Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays).

Factory Direct Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 7-20 business days depending on the destination country.
  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
  • Shipping Cost: Free for standard delivery on all orders.

Shipping Details

  • Delivery Carrier: Furgo collaborates with trusted logistics partners to ensure safe and fast deliveries. Carriers will be selected based on your shipping location and package size.
  • Multiple Item Orders: If you order multiple items, we will strive to ship them together. However, in some cases, different shipping options may cause items to arrive separately.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I cancel my order after it has been shipped?

Once the package is shipped, we cannot cancel the order. If you wish to return the item, please contact our support team for a return label. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
