Return Policy
At Furgo, we are committed to providing exceptional service to our customers. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days. To initiate a return, contact us at support@furgo.com or submit a request via our website.

Terms and Conditions for 30-Day Returns:

  1. The product must be purchased directly from www.tryfurgo.com.
  2. Items must be in their original condition, unopened, or unused.
  3. Returns must include all accessories and original packaging.
  4. Returns may be denied if these conditions are not met.

Return Shipping:

For non-quality returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the product is deemed Dead on Arrival (DOA), Furgo will cover return shipping.

Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer service at support@tryfurgo.com to request a return, including your order number.
  2. Once your request is approved, we'll provide a prepaid return label. Use the label to send the product back to our warehouse.
  3. After verifying the return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within approximately 3 business days.

Dead on Arrival (DOA) Products:

If your product is DOA (unable to function immediately upon first use), please contact us within 30 days of purchase. Furgo will assess and arrange the return at no cost.

If you encounter any issues after 30 days, Furgo provides a 1-year warranty. For more details, visit our Furgo Warranty page.
